4 Reasons Why the Kings Will be Better in 2015-16
There’s a lot to like about the Los Angeles Kings. They’re routinely one of the best puck possession teams in the NHL, they’re big and physical, they have an elite goaltender and one of the game’s top defensemen and their lineup is bursting with postseason experience. Oh yeah, they’ve also won two of the last four Stanley Cups!
On the flip side, Darryl Sutter’s squad missed out on the playoffs entirely just last year. And they lost clutch performer Justin Williams to the Washington Capitals this summer. But the positives far outweigh the negatives here. Even in a down year, LA barely missed out on a postseason berth (two points). And the organization seems poised to improve in quite a few areas during the upcoming campaign. What will the 2015-16 hold? only time will tell!
