England Go Through To The FIFA 2018 Quarter Finals
In an unexpected turn of events, England has ended their penalty curse and beaten Colombia to progress through to the Quater Finals. For the first time since 1996, England claimed victory from spot kicks. England won the match 4-3 in a penalty shootout after a 1-1 draw after extra time.
The quarterfinals will take place this weekend as follows:
- Saturday 7th July - Uraguay vs. France
- Saturday 7th July - Brazil vs. Belgium
- Sunday 8th July - Sweden vs. England
- Sunday 8th July - Russia vs. Croatia
