Ex-NFL Player Brandon Browner Charged With Attempted Murder
Ex-Seattle Seahawks player Brandon Browner has been charged with attempted murder for trying to kill his ex-girlfriend. Browner has been charged with attempted murder, first-degree residential robbery, first-degree burglary, person present, and false imprisonment. In addition, there are also two misdemeanour counts of cruelty to a child.
The report claims that Browner broke into his ex-girlfriend's California apartment on July 8th and chased her, dragged her then smothered her in a carpet and stole her Rolex watch while two children were present.
After fleeing he was arrested and bail has been set at $10 million. If convicted as charged, Browner could face life in prison.
A former cornerback, Browner won two Super Bowls with the Seahawks and Patriots.
