Jarryd Hayne set to retire from NFL

After just one season in the National Football League, Australian sensation Jarryd Hayne is set to retire, as he will make the switch to Rugby Sevens. The Fiji Rugby Sevens team reached out to Hayne and extended an opportunity that he 'Simply could not pass up'. A dream ever since he was a little boy, Jarryd said the opportunity was on par with the one he faced when joining the NFL. The former NRL star had just made the first round cuts for the 49ers, making this decision to leave a surprise to many. Nothing is set in stone yet as there is some speculation that Hayne may be barred from competing at the Olympics due to strict drug testing regulations.
