More American Thrift Uncovered
American Thrift have released new hidden treasures to add to their growing collection of American hip hop inspired vintage tees.
These 100% cotton, box-cut tees feature classic prints on the front with reference to iconic American hip hop artists.
Just dropped at Culture Kings is the DMX Ride Or Die Vintage Tee, paying tribute to DMX's 1999 release of 'What's My Name' and the Jay Z Vintage Tee paying homage to hip hop artist and entrepreneur Jay Z, noting the year of his birth, 1969, and 1999 track 'Jigga My N**ga'.
Also just released is the Three Six Mafia Vintage Tee referencing American hip hop group Three Six Mafia, formerly known as Triple Six Mafia, who were the first hip hop group to win an Academy Award.
Also making an appearance is American hip hop powerhouse NWA on the NWA 2 Vintage Tee featuring all five members: Ice Cube, Eazy-E, Dr. Dre, MC Ren and DJ Yella, with a R.I.P Eazy-E print on the back.
These tees have been put through intense enzyme washing to create the vintage distressed look featured throughout all American Thrift shirts.
